Essence is always cheerful, knowledgeable, efficient, and inquisitive. She puts my daughter at ease and is always willing to answer all our questions. We have watched her help her coworkers with a positive attitude multiple times throughout both dental and orthodontic care.

fantastic service! for the first appointment they got me in within 3 days! unheard of speed. W Miguel is really performance, efficient and kind me. We were in on time and out of our first appointment in less than 30 minutes. Dr Nan's suggested treatment plan is very thoughtful, not removing any teeth yet and seeing how the teeth and the bone grows over the next year, not only saves us money but also a lot of extra trips and pain. Also the accounts team was very generous and since it takes a few months for our insurance to approve a claim they let us have the first visit as a complimentary visit could have been hundreds and also offered a cash payment plan in case our insurance doesn't work. in the meantime they keep the appointments moving quickly and put patience over profits. This is by far the best experience I've ever had with any kind of healthcare. All right We waited way too long to do this, I wish we'd done it a few years ago!

My daughter was terrified to get her cavity filled and with the help of Jamie and dr lady, it was a success!! They were so comforting and patient.. it really made the whole experience wonderful and eased my nerves and my 6 year olds nerves. Wonderful wonderful

My kids have been with Kids Dental since 2016. They also are all in Ortho treatment, and have braces. I love how clean the dental office is and how caring and kind folks are there. We have had many great experiences with the staff including Essence and Mal. We were lucky enough to meet with Essence that helped my daughter with some hiccups during her ortho treatment. Essence not only went above and beyond for my daughter, but she has played an important role in my daughters check ups and have been by her side. I am so grateful that we were able to meet her during my daughter’s most important time of this ortho process. I will forever be grateful for her help and knowledge. I trust and highly recommend Essence if you are looking for someone that is smart, knowledgeable, compassionate, kind and caring.
